Everyone deserves to heal from addiction and mental health disorders, and everyone is capable of doing so. At Trinity Wellness Group, we offer treatment virtually, so you can access quality care without coming to our center in Braintree.
Our telehealth services mean you can attend therapy sessions, use resources, and build a recovery community, all from your home or preferred place.
Telehealth refers to any health treatment or services that are delivered remotely on a secure platform. With telehealth, you find a health center and treatment program that fits your needs, but you don’t attend program sessions in person at the center. Instead, you join phone calls or video calls with your care team, who carry out the same approach to care, but from a different location.
Telehealth does not change the quality of treatment that you receive. It has been a credited model of care for a long time, became particularly popular during the Covid pandemic, and can be as effective as in-person care.
Our virtual services are designed for anyone who cannot come to our center in person, who has work or a family, or prefers to receive care in their chosen setting. Research shows that for some people, being in a familiar environment can actually improve their clinical outcomes.
The other benefits of our telehealth programs include:
We offer structured outpatient treatment programs for addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis. We have a full-day treatment program or a half-day treatment IOP.
The full day program runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. It’s suited to anyone who is stable enough to live at home, but who is in the early stages of recovery and needs regular support.
The half-day program runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM. It’s best for anyone who has finished a full-day program or those who have family, work, or school commitments. Evening sessions are also available with the half-day program.
1:1 Counseling. Regular sessions with a licensed therapist to help understand the root causes of addiction, the driving behaviors, and how to build healthier coping mechanisms.
Group Counseling. Develop better emotional regulation and distress tolerance, as well as share stories and learnings with other people in recovery.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment. Treat addiction and a co-occurring mental health disorder at the same time to improve outcomes for both.
Wellness Activities. Complement clinical care with guided meditation sessions, yoga, and somatic movement that nurtures mental and physical health.
Aftercare Services. Lower the risk of relapse, preserve your new support community, and confidently continue the progress you’ve made in treatment.
Both our in-person and telehealth services are designed to support people with substance use disorders including:
If you’re struggling with addiction to a different substance, contact us, we may be able to still help.
Individual Therapy. Work with a certified psychotherapist to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and to process underlying trauma that fuels addiction.
Trauma-Informed Care. Evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) help you address and work through trauma.
Family and Group Therapy. Improve communication and relationship dynamics by sharing about mental health and substance use with your peers and relatives.
Skills Workshops. Build life skills that can contribute to longer-term employment, healthy relationships, and a sense of self.
Aftercare Services. Stay in touch with your care team, curate a mental health toolkit, and continue exercises that support mental health and abstinence.
We treat mental health disorders as part of recovery from addiction. Co-occurring disorders we help heal include:
All our care is personalized to each individual. We believe that understanding and incorporating your history, current needs, and goals makes it easier to engage with treatment and more likely to get you to where you need to be.
By offering telehealth services, we also make sure that your care is delivered in the setting that makes the most sense for you. If you can heal more deeply from a location other than our center, we can accommodate that.
Your recovery journey is your own to create: we are the guides, but the path is carved by you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all to recovery. Your unique challenges and experiences should inform how you heal. Telehealth services are another layer of personalization that can make care more aligned to your needs, and lead to positive, lasting results.
Addiction and mental health disorders don’t have to be forever. Take a step forward from them.

Telehealth is when you receive treatment via phone calls or video calls. The professionals who deliver telehealth services are all clinically licensed and are part of a treatment program from a health center. Telehealth has been used to treat addiction and mental health disorders for a long time and has been found to be effective in a number of cases.
No, telehealth does not compromise the quality of care that you receive; it’s simply a different structure of care. Whether telehealth is appropriate for you depends on factors such as if you respond better to face-to-face interactions, if you live far away from the health center, and if you have previously undergone telehealth treatment.
There are several benefits to incorporating telehealth services into your treatment for addiction and mental health disorder(s). You can keep your support networks close as you move through care, choose a space that feels safe to attend therapy sessions, build a virtual community, have greater privacy, reduce the time and money you spend on commuting, and even develop digital skills.
We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Trinity Wellness Group. We have a full-day treatment program that runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, or a half-day treatment program that runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM. Evening sessions are available with the half-day program.
We integrate evidence-based therapies, individual and group therapy sessions, wellness activities, and aftercare planning into all our treatment.
Yes, we accept most commercial health insurance providers. To confirm that your provider and plan cover our treatment, contact our admissions team. We’ll give you a financial breakdown and advise you on the next steps forward.

I am a patient with Trinity Wellness for substance use disorder treatment, and I recommend them highly.
What stands out about Trinity Wellness is their genuine care about patients and their clear commitment to put patients, not profit, first. They offer the most flexible programs I have come across in their field, and they truly work to meet each patient where they are in life.
It’s too rare to find a place like this where truly good people are striving to just do good work for the people they serve, and doing so without compromise.
If you are looking for intensive outpatient or long term maintenance treatment for substance use disorder, I recommend you look to Trinity Wellness first.
(I am a real person using a pen name here for privacy given that I am not yet ready to share publicly my struggles with substance use disorder.)

Trynity Wellness has been my saving grace. They got me into a program in as little as 3 days after our first call. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s literally saved my life. The people are there to support you for as long or as little as you need. The owners and instructors are so personal and chill! We’re all just helping eachother get through this crazy and scary world one day at a time. Thank you Trynity!
